Mô tả công việc


• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and business
opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain
strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary
point of contact.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand
industry trends and customer needs, helping to shape business development
strategies.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales
materials to support the sales team.
• Account Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely
delivery of solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key account metrics,
ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly and provide effective
solutions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, English Language or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English)
• Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactive and self-motivated.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT software solutions is a plus, but not required.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-Centric: A passion for providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.




Quyền lợi


• Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
• 12 remote days per year for full-time employees. Each month, they will be granted 1 day.
