Drive Sales and Traffic:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize sales and drive traffic to lixibox website and our social media platforms.
Digital Performance Optimization:
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Data Analysis:
Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization:
Continuously optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Marketing Automation:
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and personalize customer interactions.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Proven track record in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, preferred in beauty industry
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
Excellent data analysis skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
