-Create and develop pattern papers for all styles and sizes
-Skilled pattern making and grading for all footwear types
-Design and develop new patterns using CAD software
-Create and modify technical illustrations using Adobe Illustrator
-Oversee last development and modifications
-Supervise factory pattern makers and provide technical guidance
-Maintain digital pattern and last libraries
-Verify grading accuracy across all sizes
-Create detailed technical specifications and documentation
-Manage tooling development and maintenance
-Provide technical support during production
-Troubleshoot technical and pattern-related issues
-Research and propose new pattern-making technologies
-Conduct fit trials and make necessary pattern adjustments
-Collaborate with QC department and merchandising team
-Support product development team




Yêu cầu ứng viên


-Age: 30-55
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field;
- Minimum 7 years experience in footwear pattern making and technical design.
- Have the skills, abilities, and qualities necessary to ensure the successful execution of the job descriptions mentioned above.
- English proficiency sufficient for professional communication, discussion, and reporting with colleagues and management.
