Develop potential customers based on the list of companies provided and proactively search for more.
Responsible for sales in the assigned market.
Update information about products, markets, and competitors
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
Report and analyze business results: Make periodic reports on business activities, analyze results, and propose improvement solutions.
Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff: Orient and monitor team activities, ensure efficiency and achieve set goals.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Priority is given to candidates with experience in sales/telesales in the fields of Information Technology, Finance, Insurance, Banking, etc.
Fluent communication, confident, flexible
Passionate, enthusiastic, and oriented towards long-term development in business

Unlimited total income (Fixed salary up to 20 million + incentive commitment over 10%)
Review minimum salary 2 times/year, many opportunities for salary increase 50-70%/year, initiative bonus, campaign bonus
