Mô tả công việc
• Support managing Companys asset portfolio including residential, office, retail, and serviced apartment projects. Monitoring project timeline, legal process, budget, cash flow, and return for each asset.
• Getting involves in new investments including research, deal evaluation, and structuring, financial analysis (including feasibility studies); Support to prepare approval papers/documents to seek approval from Management and the Groups Investment Committee.
• Set up, control and monitor key performance indicators for respective departments during the project planning, development and operation.
• Support maintaining relationships with bankers and investors, partners and stakeholders.
• Perform market research, macro updates, law and regulation updates, and other reports.
• Prepare approval papers as required by the companys process.
• Assist in other works as required by the Investment & Portfolio Management Team.
• Follow and implement the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and the Environment, Health and Safety Management System of the Company
Yêu cầu
• At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in business development of the real estate industry
• Knowledge of Vietnams real estate market and real estate related space
• A highly numerate, strategic thinker with good analytical skills and working knowledge of financial tools
• Background in finance, accounting or auditing and strong in financial modelling and deal structuring
• Excellence communicator in both English and Vietnamese
• Excellence presentations and negotiations skills
• Resourcefulness with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a highly stressed, dynamic and challenging environment and meet deadlines
• Pleasant personality and social adept
