We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our branding and marketing efforts. This role focuses on Corporate Branding, Social Media Marketing, and the execution of impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and have strong leadership abilities to drive our brand presence and business growth in the competitive real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Branding:
a. Develop and implement comprehensive corporate branding strategies to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
b. Align branding activities with the companys vision, mission, and core values.
c. Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
2. Social Media Marketing:
a. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, build brand awareness, and attract new clients.
b. Manage and grow the companys presence across key platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
c. Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
3. Campaign Execution:
a. Organize and lead the implementation of large-scale marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
b. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
c. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
4. Team Management:
a. Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team to achieve business objectives.
b. Foster collaboration between marketing and other departments to optimize results.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in Marke
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Corporate Branding and Social Media Marketing.
Proven ability to organize and execute large-scale marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in
digital marketing
tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
