Job Description
Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: General Director
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our prestigious condominium project in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving sales and generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target segments and develop effective marketing campaigns.
Lead the Sales Gallery & Show Units team and activities, support on budget and design.
Develop detailed sales plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts and project timelines.
Sales Management and Team Leadership
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
Implement effective sales processes, tools to track and analyse sales performance.
Marketing and Branding
Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including
digital marketing
, social media, PR, and traditional advertising.
Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and video content.
Organize and execute high-impact sales events, seminars, and property tours.
Manage the brand image and reputation of the project through consistent messaging and branding guidelines.
Leverage social media platforms to engage with potential buyers and generate leads.
Collaborate with designers and
content creator
s to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Budgetary and Financial Management
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing expenses, and budget variances.
Agency Management
Recruit and manage external agencies, such as advertising, PR, and digital marketing agencies.
Oversee agency performance and ensure alignment with the projects goals.
Negotiate contracts and monitor agency deliverables.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, agents, and partners.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to nurture leads and close deals.
Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirement
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in high-end residential projects.
Strong understanding of the Ho Chi Minh City real estate market, particularly the mid to high-end segment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation tools.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
