Mô tả công việc
Support with Designer, QS on project initiation
Make construction plans and schedules for projects assigned to Vendor and Worker
Supervise construction ME and assigned projects (construction management, engineering, safety, sanitation...) of the project in charge
Management of safety for the entire project.
Monitor, motivation and supervise construction teams to adhere to proper techniques and ensure quality. Encourage cleanup by the Team in areas where construction is complete
Order necessary materials for the project and manage company assets
Prepare construction documents and payment documents for assigned projects.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for the project
Report to part leader
Do other tasks requested by the Part Leader
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Have experience in supervising the construction of ME and PCCC systems for at least 3 years.
Good at office computer skills, Autocad, Microsoft Office ..
Language : Good English
Make report the Team s work report if request.
Strong negotiation and communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
Dynamic, healthy, enthusiasm and hardworking
