Were seeking an experienced Content Marketing Leader to drive our e-commerce content team and execute multi-platform content strategies, ensuring quality and marketing effectiveness for our online retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Team Management:
Build and implement content plans across platforms (E-commerce Website, Social Media, Email)
Recruit, train, and develop content team members
Establish workflows and quality standards
Optimize content following SEO standards and market trends
Develop content strategies for product launches and promotions
Content Creation & Analytics:
Direct diverse content production (articles, product descriptions, videos)
Ensure brand consistency across sales channels
Track performance metrics and prepare KPI reports
Research trends and optimize strategies
Product Content Management:
Oversee product descriptions and optimization
Create promotional content for campaigns
Write persuasive sales copy
Coordinate with merchandising team
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
3+ years content marketing experience, 2+ years in management
Outstanding English writing and editing skills
Deep understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Age: 24-37
