Mô tả công việc
I. Manage & control team:
(1) Locker, uniform:
• Propose yearly improvement plan to optimize efficiency & improve working environment for associate
• Regulation & Inventory management methods
• Support DE&I uniform project
• Support GA members to ensure smoothly operation of uniform & locker
(2) Company car
• Operate the company bus system effectively
• Supplier management, including safety issues
• Propose improvement plan to optimize efficiency
(3) Others:
• Support factory renovation project (areas under adm. management)
• Kessai management: yearly training, follow status
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
II. Working time: [protected info] (Days-off: 02 Saturdays and all Sundays per month)

Yêu cầu
• Qualification: Bachelors Degree or higher in administration, foreign language or other related majors
• At least 2 years of experience in related jobs in manufacturing companies
• MS Office proficiency
• Language skills: Good English language skills in writing & speaking
• Dynamic, reliable, responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Good time management, good communication
• Ability to work independently & work with the team
• Customer orientation & service mind-set
