JOB DESCRIPTION
OBVs Instructor Trainee Training Program is designed for university and college students in their final year, as well as recent graduates and alumni, who aspire to become certified outdoor instructors at OBV. As an instructor trainee, you will be actively involved in executing outdoor educational programs and undergo training in risk management. This comprehensive training will equip you with a variety of technical abilities and teaching techniques, enabling you to conduct secure and engaging outdoor experiential learning sessions for OBVs participants.
Main responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team of Instructors and work in a collaborative environment to deliver safe and inspiring courses;
Take on various roles in guiding experiential courses in natural settings for adolescent and teen participants, such as instructor, coordinator and advisor;
Collaborate on program development and propose activities that engage participants, ensuring the achievement of course objectives like team spirit, communication skills, and other personal values;
Be responsible for providing technical support for activities such as rock climbing and kayaking, which require auxiliary instructional staff and resources;
Develop personal skills and competency foundations;
Having swimming proficiency and good physical fitness is an advantage;
Being able to communicate in both English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University, Bachelor degree
Good at English communication
Keen on the outdoor activities
