JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview: Ring The Bell Agency is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This bilingual role (English-Vietnamese) requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and adept at both administrative and translation responsibilities.
We are looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to:
Administrative Support: Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence.
Translation: Provide English-Vietnamese translation during internal and external meetings to ensure clear and effective communication.
Meeting Preparation: Draft agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items to ensure follow-ups are completed.
Documentation: Create and edit reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Financial Assistance: Support bookkeeping and expense management tasks.
Business Development
: Assist with occasional business development initiatives as directed by the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Store Management:
● Oversee the daily operations of digital stores on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and
other e-commerce platforms.
● Upload product listings, promotions, and special deals, ensuring accuracy and alignment
with brand guidelines.
● Monitor store performance and work on improving sales, visibility, and customer
engagement.
Pricing & Deal Management:
● Regularly check and adjust product pricing to remain competitive within the market.
● Ensure all product deals, discounts, and bundles are updated in accordance with
promotional schedules and campaigns.
Affiliate Partner Coordination:
● Communicate with potential affiliate partners to introduce and encourage participation in
campaigns.
● Assist in managing relationships with affiliate marketers, providing them with necessary
assets and support to ensure campaign success.
● Track affiliate performance and provide insights to optimize results.
Reporting & Analysis:
● Monitor and report on sales performance, key metrics, and campaign results.
● Assist in analyzing trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to suggest
optimizations for store operations and campaigns.
Campaign Support:
● Collaborate with the internal team to execute and manage campaigns, ensuring
alignment with brand goals.
● Support the launch of seasonal or flash promotions and assist with post-campaign
analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
● 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce platform or enabler
● Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, or other e-commerce/marketplace
platforms is a must.
Technical Skills:
● Strong proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, including uploading products,
managing promotions, and analyzing performance.
● Familiarity with basic tools for reporting and analytics (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
Communication Skills:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate
effectively with internal teams, clients, and potential partners.
● Strong negotiation skills for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving issues related to pricing,
listings, and campaign management.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, while handling
multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Desirable:
● Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing or e-commerce performance analytics is a plus.
● Experience with
digital marketing
campaigns or understanding of trends on social media
platforms like TikTok is a bonus.
