JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of Sales Assistant & Account management:
1.SALES ASSISTANT:
- Chinese interpretation for Line Manager in daily meetings or working sessions with partners, customers and other department
- Receive Purchase order and follow delivery & payment process with clients
- Work closely with Product & Logistic team for stock allocation.
- Make sales & daily stock report
2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & EXPANSION:
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize sales revenue
- Build strong relationship with the exist customer & expand the sales network
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals
- Resolve key client issues and complaints
- Follow up to ensure all customers needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education background:
- Undergraduate or Bachelors degree in Chinese Language or Equivalent
2. Experience:
- No experience required
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellence in communication
- Good at written and spoken Chinese skills (HSK 5+)
- Willing to learn & willing to do
- Detailed Oriented
