Position Summary:
Delta Electronics is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our ICT business in Hanoi, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical support, installation, and maintenance services for ICT products, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain ICT-related products and systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing troubleshooting needs promptly.
• Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Deliver training sessions to clients on product usage and best practices.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports following customer visits.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales and R&D, to address customer feedback and improve product quality.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in
Electrical Engineer
ing, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in ICT, electronics, or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the region when required.
