Mô tả công việc
In charge of Accounting operations management, Risk management, External auditor cooperation including:
1. ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
- Guide, follow, and control the operations of accounting to ensure compliance with accounting and tax policies.
- Build and guide all processes for accounting to ensure control of all accounting activities in compliance with company policy.
- Organize and guide the storage of accounting documents as required by Government law.
- Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, warranty provision, Inventory provision, NRV, under capacity, unrealized profit.
- Manage all month-end/year-end closing activities related to all P&L and balance
sheet items and close as per company deadline.
- Working with SSC for JV upload/posting.
2. RISK MANAGEMENT:
- Apply the risk management system/process of accounting and tax within the company.
- Control stock risks
3. EXTERNAL AUDITOR COOPERATION:
- Coordinate with external audit firm to facilitate audit process and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and tax reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
1. Education background: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related majors
2. Working experience:
- At least 5 years of working experience in Accounting or related position at manager role.
- Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics industry is preferred
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
- Excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,..)
- Proficiency in accounting and tax knowledge
- Strong system knowledge (SAP)
- Strong critical & analytical thinking skills
- Risk management
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
4. Others:
- Team Management
- Ability to work under high pressure
