Mô tả Công việc
- Organize, monitor and ensure that goods in warehouse are well preserved in terms of type, quantity and quality
- Manage and coordinate the import and export of raw materials, ensuring that production progress is met
- Coordinate the preparation and completion of warehouse receipts/deliveries as required
- Manage the import/export of raw materials into ERP software and accounting software
- Manage the retention of documents and records to confirm the appropriate inventory quantity according to regulations
- Manage and coordinate staffs in department in accordance with the requirements and workload at each time
- Monitor and report the quantity of goods imported and exported from the warehouse, inventory the quantity of goods, if there is a difference, investigate the cause
- Make a training plan, orient, supervise and assign work to warehouse staff
- Advise, propose ideas, initiatives and provide professional opinions to business leaders on issues related to warehouse operations, goods transportation, warehouse storage, goods protection, etc...
- Proactively develop knowledge and professional skills related to warehouse operations and management to maintain the operation and coordination of work at the enterprises warehouse in the most convenient and effective way
- Implement and ensure principles of labor safety and fire prevention and fighting according to regulations
- Other tasks as assigned by Director.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree or higher in supply chain, warehousing, logistics
- MS. Office, Accounting software, ERP
- Knowledge of warehouse accounting
- Basic English communication
- 05 years or more of experience in a similar position, priority given to experience in raw material warehouse management
- Skills in managing, organizing, arranging goods and scientific work
- Local person is preferable.
