Mô tả công việc
- Meet daily with employees to understand their expectations, difficulties and communicate to related department to get their corrective actions and do the daily report.
- Communicate absent/ resigned team members to understand their reason.
- Coordinate with Trade Unions members to execute employees welfare.
- Coordinate with Administration Team for any matters related to canteen service.
- Conduct the orientation training.
- Coordinate with CSR Team of Head Office to organize companys events, and community events.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- English & Vietnamese communication skills,
- MS Office skills
- Problem solving skills,
- Listening & interpersonal skills,
- Caring, teamwork, social network building.
