ROLE OVERVIEW: The CFA is responsible for the final quality control of finished products according to AQL 2.5 to ensure that the orders are qualified before shipment.
JOB DETAILS:
- Review/ confirm quality of TOP/ Shipping sample and make approval decision
- Conduct the final inspection follow AQLs customer request
- Perform in-house QA role of approve QA/PP sample and give comments. Conduct sample evaluation in terms of construction, materials, embellishment, measurement, workmanship, packing...
- Conduct inline inspection and share the comment to relevant departments
- Review quality of TOP/ Shipping sample and give comments
- Conduct 1st output inspection and share the comment to relevant departments
- Receive materials prepare for AQL inspection
- Work with warehouse to prepare carton of garment for inspection
- Conduct the final inspection follow AQL customer request
- Inform to related depts
- Update and make AQL inspection report
- Proactively escalate the findings to direct superiors and relevant departments about goods quality for preventive and corrective actions
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree or above majoring in apparel or related disciplines
- At least 2 years working in a similar position in a garment manufacturing company
- Having in-depth knowledge of the garment industrys quality system.
- Skills in using English and informatics at work
- Skilled in data collection and analysis.
- Skills in using tools for effective quality control: tables, charts, system processes, ...
- Ability to control and manage operations.
- Ability to train and coordinate staff.
- Have a sense of responsibility, determination and under pressure
