Productivity Enhancement:
Conduct line balancing and layout analyses to identify and implement improvements that maximize output and minimize waste.
Oversee and participate in improvement projects that aim to enhance overall production efficiency.
Train and mentor IE staff in line balancing techniques, line diagram design, productivity monitoring, timekeeping, and IE calculation formulas.
Team Management:
Manage and coordinate the work of IE staff, assigning and overseeing specific tasks related to line balancing, layout, and code conversion monitoring.
Provide guidance and support to IE staff to ensure their professional development and success.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor the productivity of sewing lines and identify areas for improvement.
Assign IE staff to investigate and resolve production issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production efficiency, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and optimize production processes to ensure they meet or exceed customer requirements and standards.
Identify and implement solutions to prevent production interruptions and maintain a smooth flow of operations.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with foreign managers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the sewing industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to achieving operational excellence.
