Issue production task follow production plan; reasonable arrange manpower and other production resource; follow finished time, quality, quantity to finish on shift production task.
Statistical summary the quantity and quality of goods on shift; analyze and solve production issues, result tracking.
Manage and maintain production equipments and tools.
Training production staff, assessment and manage them.
Continuous improvement of the production process, continuously improve production efficiency, quality, reduce production costs.
Manage and maintain 6S of production site.
Finish other duty assigned by Superiors.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
College graduated.
3 years experience in Plastic Production/ Footwear/ Packing & Paper, 2 year experience in Production Shift Leader.
Slightly through some professional English in Plastic field .
Familiar with Plastic Injection technology.
Good in Office software to make production report.
Open and positive thinking, good in communication
