Mô tả công việc
1. Sales of Caustic Soda products:

To find and sell Caustic Soda products to new customers (main activity).

To find-out new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.

Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.

Plan to visit Customer regularly, plan to sell to customer.

Prepare and send offers to customers/ receive sales order to customers and check stock availability/ check credit status.

Prepare a proposal to management if customer credit status is blocked.

Service customers, obtain contracts, prepare sales confirmation and contract/ get signatures of customers.

Follow up payment, collect money and get confirmation with customer warehouse after delivery by phone contact with PIC that the customers already receive the goods.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products, new products, delivered schedules.

Establish key customer plans/ sales static and action programs that are understood and supported by all departments.

Maintain sales volume by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Coordinate with relevant departments for recommending changes in products, services, policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Evaluate, recommend, and manage the extension of credit to customers and ensure that all sales transactions are as per companys policies and guideline.

Assist Caustic Soda Sales Group Leader to collect and analyze business information from market, customers and other executives on weekly and monthly.

Propose weekly and monthly domestic sales and delivery forecast to Caustic Soda Group Leader for sales plans and strategies.

Make daily/ weekly/ monthly and yearly reports to update Marketing Group Leader market, customer, and competitor situation.

2. Other responsibilities:

Support customer service group in approaching customers.

Other tasks that are requested by Group Leader or higher level.

Yêu cầu
1. Education:

Level and area of education necessary to perform properly in this position.

2. Knowledge/skill:

Special and/or specific knowledge and skill that may be required to perform successfully in this position.

Sales / Marketing experience is an advantage.

Chemicals Sales/ Marketing experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsof office, sales software, and tools.

3. Language skill:

Excellent in English/ Vietnamese all skills.

4. Work Experience:

Three-years working in company experience. Or three-years experience in Sale/Marketing is an advantage.
