Mô tả công việc
- Job Position: Senior electric engineer
- Scope of work: electric work (power supply, interior exterior lighting, ELV).
- Make and manage overall schedule, detail schedule on electric works.
- Review/prepare method statements, shop drawings and other documents.
- Manage, control activities on site to assure conformable to PJs dossiers.
- Quantity takes off based on provided drawings; verify and confirm work-done quantity.
- Organize and participate inspections/acceptances with sub-cons and parties
- Detect construction issues, report to SM, PM, and chasing until resolved.
- Coordinate with other departments and parties to implement the work.
- Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Under 40 years old
- Minimum 5year experiences in electrical construction management (housing, infrastructure)
- University degree majoring in
Electrical engineer
ing (or related majors)
- Proficient English in writing and speaking,
- Working possibility under high pressure,
- Can work independently and teamwork well; active, teamwork skills, honesty in work.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage subcontractors, vendors and site activities.
- Proficient in popular engineering and office software.
