* Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead and oversee our IT operations in Vietnam and Thailand. This role will play a crucial part in driving the technology strategy and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems across both countries. The IT Director will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, managing the IT team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee IT operations in Vietnam and Thailand, ensuring systems meet business needs.
- Lead technology transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
2. Operations and Infrastructure Management
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the companys IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud environments.
- Manage IT service delivery, ensuring system uptime and quick resolution of any issues.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.
3. Cybersecurity and Compliance
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SET requirements, data protection laws (e.g., PDPA), and industry standards.
- Conduct regular IT audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
4. Project and Vendor Management
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology rollouts, and process automation, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
5. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Oversee team performance and resource allocation across Vietnam and Thailand subsidiaries.
- Ensure
IT support
teams provide prompt and effective assistance to employees.
6. Financial and Resource Management
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining a high level of service delivery.
- Monitor and control IT expenditures, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Develop, implement, and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Ensure systems are prepared to handle unforeseen disruptions with minimal impact on business operations.
8. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure IT strategies support overall business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between IT and other business units, ensuring technology solutions meet their needs
Yêu cầu
* Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite preferred), network management, and data protection frameworks (e.g., PDPA).
- Strong project management, organizational and multitasking skills with proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulations for listed companies, such as Stock Exchange regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., Thailands PDPA, Vietnams Decree of Personal Data Protection).
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in the FMCG or trading sectors is a plus.
