Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all aspects of MEPF Services throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle including design, tendering, estimation, procurement, engineering, project construction, and commissioning of a project.
• Manage Design and manage project mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting work.
• Assist with new project tendering, estimation for M&E budget, procurement, schedule and M&E subcontract procurement.
• Manage MEPF Services design, engineering, project construction, and completion of a project, through on-site coordination meetings.
• Manage contractors and perform site Inspection, QA/QC control and quality supervision for MEPF.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure MEPF works meet contractual commitments.
• Oversee and assist team members with shop drawings, BIM models, material procurement, and coordination.
• Coordinate and assist clients with design issues preparing for local authority submission.
• Deliver the MEPF system related design preparations, design review, shop drawing review, interfaces, coordination, planning, procurements, site supervisions and commissioning.
Yêu cầu
• Experience in MEPF management and coordination
• Knowledge of inspection, QA/QC control and quality supervision
• Skills in site planning management and expediting
• Can work on project sites in other provinces as directed by the company.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication in ENGLISH language and teamwork skills
• Familiar with BIM/REVIT and other MEPF relevant design software
• Proficiency in project management software
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
• Construction Supervision Certificates for MEPF services
• Only Vietnamese candidate
