Mô tả công việc
Role Description
Understand clearly the amount of work that needs to be implemented;
Survey, measure, and redraw existing drawings building with project team;
Develop design & technical (MEP, HVAC) interior/ exterior drawings from 3D perspective;
Develop detail furniture drawings (understanding the structure is an advantage);
Measure and complete the as-built drawing of the project;
Ensure the proposed work progress;
Responsible for managing project drawing documents;
Coordinate with other relevant departments to complete the job;
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
From 03 years experience in Interior Design&Build (Office/Residence) or relevant fields.
Understanding deeply of interior materials and construction solutions.
High sense of responsibility and flexibility in tasks work
Meticulous, diligent and careful
Ability to operate computer-aided design (CAD) software and manual drafting workstations
Manage several projects at a time
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Communication skills with an emphasis on reading and writing for creating documentation and reports
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions.
