Responsible for continuos improvement, cost saving about utility, energy, quality, B/C ratio, productivity, and loss material).
Set up process engineering, operating principle SOP of each machine.
Manager, monitor, update the operating activities log of the machines on daily.
Actively meeting with heads dept PTC, PCD, PDD to settle big issues or breakdown preview inspected.. recording record và result.
Propose improve automation to replace manual operations, and automation suggestions related to warning and detecting errors in quality, loss material, machine downtime, etc.
Joint machine R&D projects new product: offer solutions to upgrade machines improve productivity, new product design, improve quality, saving projects, safety projects, and improve working conditions.
Contact with machine suppliers for Automation project, Digitalization project and R&D project about Quotation, technical solutions, after sale services, etc.
Design training, contact trainer for PTC team about automation & digitalization, focus on Safety, quality, productivity solutions and working condition.
Monitor and report other assigned projects status.
Another assigned tasks from MFG director.
* Working conditions:
- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).
- Working hour: [protected info] (Monday - Friday)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from Technical University, major Automation/Mechatronics/Electrica, Industrial system Engineering;
At least 2 years of relevant working experience and related field;
Languages: English Good communication.
