The UI/UX designers primary responsibility will be to drive user experience design from end-to-end, including discovery, ideation, concept creation, detailed design, prototypes and validation. UI/UX Designers in CX Division typically work with Project Owners/

Understanding of interaction design principlesKnowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin, OmniGraffle and others.Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences5 years + of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX designExperience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototypingContinued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologiesAdaptabilityCommunication, collaboration and teamworkProblem-solvingDesign thinkingA user-centric mindsetAttention to detailCreative and analytical approach
