ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking motivated Senior/Lead Java Engineers who are passionate, results focused to take accountability for the delivery. This involves understanding the intricacies of the business domain and structuring microservices and its interfaces accordingly to ensure scalability, flexibility, and maintainability.
With a strong understanding of API design principles and integration patterns, youll design APIs that are aligned with resource-oriented architecture and promote interoperability between microservices. Youll also implement integration patterns such as REST API, event-driven architecture, and queueing patterns to facilitate communication between services.
Additionally, youll oversee the entire microservices development lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence from design to deployment, and providing guidance on how multiple services can form a single microservice that aligns with a specific business capability.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, review, implement, and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required;
Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international development teams to build scalable microservices-based products and APIs using Java technologies on AWS Cloud architecture;
Fully understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this;
Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes, and tooling;
Provide robust coding practices, solid unit/component test coverage, and debugging code.
Youll leverage your expertise to mentor and coach senior resources, helping them to enhance their skills and navigate complex architectural challenges. This involves providing guidance on best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.
Yêu cầu
Experience as a Lead/Senior Java Engineer in a complex, enterprise level development environment; prefer at least from 5 years of experience.
Solid experience in JAVA 8+, Java Spring boot microservices
Experience in designing & developing RESTful APIs and complex microservices based system; troubleshooting and debugging in microservices architecture.
Experience in Cloud computing and AWS or Azure
Practical experience in Container environment and FaaS technologies
Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automating software delivery.
Experience with unit testing and integration testing
Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
Experience in Agile development environments;
Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code;
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
