Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a talented and proactive female candidate to join our team at Asianway Travels headquarters in Hanoi. With over 20 years in the industry, we have an established and stable customer base, with a portfolio of high-quality clients, allowing you to focus on leveraging existing relationships rather than searching for new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Portfolio Management: Manage and engage with both B2B and B2C clients, ensuring all their travel needs are met.
• Tailor-Made Itineraries: Create personalized tour itineraries for inbound travelers who speak English.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with international agencies and vendors to ensure smooth operations and solve any client issues.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
• Other Tasks: Additional duties will be discussed during the interview.
Yêu cầu
• Vietnamese only
• Female, under 40 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C inbound tour sales
• Strong command of English, excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Honest, proactive, enthusiastic, and hardworking
• Experience in Vietnam/Indochina travel & destinations is preferred
