Mô tả công việc
- Receive daily inbound Requests/Leads from Manager
- Build programs, calculate prices, and advise on tours according to foreign tourists requests.
- Send customers information, quotations, itineraries, and advice on tour programs and travel services.
- Monitor and manage customer Requests/Leads, handle and advise on customer feedback
- Complete the deals with customers and settle the payment.
- Book services from suppliers for customer trips
- Take care of customers throughout the tour, ask for customer reviews
Yêu cầu
- none-experience requirement
- Accept the internship before graduating
- Love tourism industry, traveling, services industry
- Good knowledge of destinations in Vietnam (Cambodia is an advantage)
- Proficiency in English skills (most in writing and speaking)
- Hardworking, passionate about the job, and passionate about earning money
- Good use of English and office skills, negotiation, communication and customer orientation.
- Graduation from Tourism and Foreign Language schools is an advantage
