Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing consultations and assisting students in designing personalized study abroad or exchange programs.
• Attend meetings with international schools and stay updated on the latest information from each institution to help the sales and marketing teams understand local market needs and trends in the education sector.
• Regularly meet with the sales and marketing teams to report on each students status, ensuring timely problem resolution and continuous review of processes.
• Work with the marketing team to develop or enhance lead generation methods through events, services, and distribution channel opportunities, aiming to increase potential leads and conversion rates.
• Participate in occasional visits to overseas schools.
• Coordinate and manage the visa application process to ensure timely completion of the applications.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Having personal experience studying or participating in the Philippines, and minimum of 1years of experience as a study abroad consultant.
• Must relocate to HCM
• Fluency in local language (ex. Vietnamese,)
• Proficiency in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks independently.
• A strong passion for providing exceptional service and a patient attitude towards clients and students.
