Mô tả công việc
- Draft internal policies, management documents, official dispatches, and contracts.
- Review and develop internal management processes, regulations, and guidelines for the school.
- Examine all types of contracts, internal policies, and other documents to ensure compliance with current laws.
- Identify and assess potential legal risks, propose preventive measures, and address arising legal issues.
- Provide legal advice, draft legal documents following legal requirements, submit applications, and obtain results from relevant state authorities.
- Offer legal consultancy for the schools operational activities.
- Handle legal matters between the Group and customers, partners, authorities, or employees (including resolving disputes, complaints, rights-related issues, and initiating lawsuits).
- Represent the company before state authorities in legal-related matters.
- Draft official documents to respond to and communicate with state authorities, customers, and partners regarding legal issues.
- Manage, provide, and store the companys legal documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors degree or higher in Law. A practicing lawyer certificate is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar legal role, preferably in the education sector or corporate environment.
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and legal documents.
- Familiarity with procedures involving government authorities and dispute resolution.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations, particularly in corporate, labor, and education-related laws.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate legal documents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English is required; ability to draft and review legal documents in English is a significant advantage
