Strategic Project Management: Take charge of leading projects, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinating resources, timelines, and activities to achieve successful outcomes.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, optimizing efficiency and contributing to cost-effective project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring projects meet high standards and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles.
Problem Solving: Address project-related challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Operation/Project Management role.
Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality project standards.
Experience in education or related industries is highly preferred.
Quyền lợi
Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. The expected income is approximately 12-20 million VND/month
