JOB DESCRIPTION
Teaching Assistant hours in class
Taking classes as requested
Having substitution as requested
Classroom Management
Support teachers in class/during the course
Assists students in class/during the course
Control and take care of students in class
Assign and mark homework
Course Administration
Prepare and distribute course books, materials and merchandise
Update students with course progress information
Check students attendance daily
Prepare student for Exams/Cambridge
Delivery letters
Report any incidents or problems to OS/CM
Learning & Development
Attend workshop & training as requested
Customer Care
Report students progress - (monthly)
Call parents for absent students
Tutoring weak students
Support events (end of course, enrichment, ESOL...)
Re-enrollment
Calling Letter New Course
Support in re-enrollment tasks when requested
Others
Support center when requested
REQUIREMENTS
University Degree (current university students from the 1st year above are also acceptable).
Handling requests and complains
Communication
Excellent English skill
Computer: Microsoft Office
Working location: ILA Dao Kim Cuong, 64 Bat Nan, Binh Trung Tay Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
