Mô tả công việc


a. Participate in Developing and Supporting Educational Programs.
Develop and upgrade content, curriculum, and teaching materials.
Design periodic and final exams for assigned programs.
Create lesson plans and instructional materials as required for programs.
b. Participate in the Recruitment, Training, Support, and Quality Management of Vietnamese and Foreign Teachers.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to participate in evaluating demo lessons and interviewing teachers as assigned.
Train and onboard new teachers regarding the working system, teaching methods, and AROMA’s curriculum.
Observe and evaluate the quality of teaching periodically.
Maintain regular communication channels with teachers to update classroom situations and provide timely support.
Coordinate the teaching staff for class assignments and schedule class openings.
c. Teaching and Assessing Students.
Assess and provide feedback on students in class.
Conduct demo lessons and evaluate students entry levels.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, and Saturday every other week.
Full-time:
Rotating shifts - Minimum of 3 days per week in Shift 1, and the rest in Shift 2.
Shift 1:
Morning 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM.
Shift 2:
From 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Excellent English proficiency, especially in listening, speaking, and pronunciation.
Preferably IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 90/530 or TOEIC 850 and above.
Preferably graduated in English/English Language Education or possess equivalent certifications such as TESOL/CELTA.
Passion for teaching.
Ability to handle pressure, proactive, responsible in tasks, good communication skills, and flexible in handling situations.
Experience in teaching English.

Income:
15,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/month
(Base salary: 9,500,000 - 12,000,000 VND + bonuses for student tests + teaching pay if taking additional classes outside of hours).
Seniority Allowance:
Monthly allowance for staff with over 1 year of service, ranging from 700,000 VND to 1,575,000 VND/month.
Loyalty Bonus:
A bonus for staff who have been with the organization for over 2 years, starting from 1,000,000 VND.
Salary reviews every 6 months.
Full benefits according to state regulations such as social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), holiday leave, Tet bonuses, and year-end bonuses.

Thời gian làm việc


Thứ 2 - thứ 6, và thứ 7 cách tuần.

+ Full-time: Xoay ca - Mỗi tuần làm tối thiểu 3 ngày là ca 1. Còn lại làm ca 2.

Ca 1: Sáng 8h30’ - 12h00’, Chiều 13h30’ - 18h00’.

Ca 2: Từ 13h30’ - 21h30’
