Mô tả công việc


- Assess and evaluate the entry level of students, and organize classes.
- Organize the opening of classes according to the center s schedule.
- Attend classes and monitor the quality of instruction. Regularly assess students English proficiency through direct communication and feedback in English.
- Provide make-up lessons and additional support for students.
- Collaborate to care for and support students during their learning process.
- Complete tasks assigned by superiors.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


- Age between and 30.
- Students in their 3rd or 4th year, or graduates from colleges and above.
- Proficient in English across all four skills. Preference for those with an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher, or equivalent qualifications.
- Confident with good communication and persuasion skills.
- Clear pronunciation, no speech impediments.
- Flexible and skillful in handling situations; good appearance is a plus.
- Must have a personal laptop and be proficient in office software.





Quyền lợi


- Fixed salary: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 VND (junior) or 9,000,000 - 11,000,000 VND (senior) + bonuses from 1,000,000 - 5,000,000 VND (for assessing students entry levels) + separate teaching salary (100,000 - 250,000 VND/hour).
- Monthly seniority allowance for employees with over 1 year of service, ranging from 700,000 to 1,575,000 VND/month.

Thời gian làm việc


Thứ 2 đến thứ 6, thứ 7 cách tuần. Đăng ký làm xoay ca trong một tuần:

+ Ca 1: Chiều 13h30’ - 18h00’.

+ Ca 2: 13h30 -21h30
