Job Brief
• FPT Software Academy is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technology Educators to instruct individuals in the field of technology. As a Technology Educator, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs, enhancing participants’ skills and contributing to their professional growth. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the organization’s development by nurturing talent, fostering a strong tech community, supporting key account growth, and strengthening business partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training programs:
• Create tailored technical training programs to meet organizational needs.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, quizzes, assignments, and hands-on projects.
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for diverse audiences ranging from university students and freshers to senior developers, in online, offline, and blended formats.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements.
• Other tasks include coaching new trainers and speaking at organizational events.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Proven technical training experience OR senior-level development experience (middle and advance level) required for applied position.
• Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Valid Technical International Certification in the respective technology stacks.
• Ability to design technical course content. Candidate should have the instructional designer and teaching skill.
• English communication skills, comfortable speaking and teaching to global audience. Should be ready to upskill the language level.
• JAVA, .NET, Frontend, Embedded, Android, SAP, C++, Automation Testing/ Manual Testing, Cloud, AI, Data Engineer.
