Mô tả công việc
- Make teaching timetables for Schools Link s teachers
- Find cover teachers or TAs when necessary
- Record and update daily teaching hours
- Calculate and finalize teaching assistants’ and teacher’s timesheet monthly
- Follow-up and prepare teacher profiles and send to schools, DOET,..
- Update make-up schedules and cancellations from schools
- Keep teacher data up-to-date
- Other duties assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree, age above 25
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal)
- Good computer and Microsoft skills, especially Google Suite and Excel
- Educational experience (priority to candidates who have already worked as Scheduler/ Academic officer)
- Extremely careful and details oriented
Quyền lợi
- Total gross income between
11,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND (gross)
- 16 Annual Leaves and 3 Sick Leaves per year
- Social Insurances, Premium Health Insurance covered by the company after probation
- Free English courses at LLV Centers for staffs and children
- Yearly company trip, 13-month salary
