Mô tả công việc
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. RFQs / QUOTES - FOLLOW-UP
• Coordinate with Engineering teams (both in Montreal and Vietnam) to ensure timely completion of quotes during the night shift.
• Prepare PDF Quotes and ensure they are ready for client submission.
• Follow-up on quotes sent, one week after submission, to pursue purchase orders (POs).
• Analyze reasons for PO non-attainment, maintain records, and explore options for price revision to avoid recurring issues.
2. ORDERS / POs - FOLLOW-UP
• Monitor and track client orders during the night shift, ensuring alignment with production schedules to meet ETA expectations.
• Initiate project launch upon PO reception, ensuring clear communication across relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk in Montreal to facilitate proper order processing and information dissemination.
3. SAMPLES - FOLLOW-UP
• Oversee sample manufacturing progress, including ETA tracking, quality assessment, and approval processes, throughout the night shift.
• Coordinate with the Technical
Project Manager
to anticipate and address any sample-related issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of samples to Montreal, overseeing internal processes for batch production initiation post-approval.
4. PRODUCTION OF BATCH / REPEAT - FOLLOW-UP
• Monitor batch production schedules during the night shift to ensure adherence to ETA targets, considering the necessity for air-shipping.
• Regularly assess stock levels to anticipate production re-launch requirements.
• Manage non-consumption stock in Montreal, foreseeing its impact on production and enabling proactive client engagement.
5. ORGANIZATION / ASSISTANCE / KPI / PERSONAL
• Participate in team meetings on Teams to plan for upcoming tasks and responsibilities.
• Generate performance reports and track monthly progress.
Yêu cầu
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess a professional or college diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Exhibit strong memory retention and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, particularly during the night shift.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team setting.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of French considered an asset.
• Display meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Quick to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
