Handled operation USA/CAN routine shipment, correct submit AMS/VGM/MBL/HBL, gated in port timely
Receive booking,check booking for Air/sea export & import shipments and define shipment details.
Booking with carrier directly follow the policy and negotiated with relevant parties (customer, network/GW offices, shipping lines) to arrange a suitable shipping schedule for each shipment.
Export: coordinate with Procurement supervisor & work with shipping lines/ co-loader to get booking confirmation, release booking to shipper after receiving confirmation from controlling party.
Import: provide SI to network/GW offices, check and get clients confirmation on draft of MBL/HBL. Also send confirmation mail to network/GW offices and follow to have final pre-alert docs from them to update for client accordingly. Make sure to submit manifest of every shipments in time, without failure.
Support customer in negotiation with carriers about closing time/ demurrage / detention/ D/O extension if needed
Timely and accurately issue bill of lading to customer and send pre-alert to agent
Coordinate with logistics supplier to perform a standard service for ex-works shipments
Regular track and trace every shipment and update cargo status to customer/ sales/ network constantly.
Timely and accurately issue Debit note/invoice to customer/ network without KPIs failure.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 1 years experiences working for Forwarding - Logistics company at Operations/ Customer Service/ Documentation position.
Having experience in US/Canada trade lane is an advantage.
Graduated from College or University in relevant majors.
Good skills of computers; Microsoft Office.
Be good at reading & written in English, good communication is an advantage.
Ability to communicate well, be agile, speak fluently, present persuasively, make a good impression on listeners.
Ability to work independent and teamwork, have good health, be honest in work, have a sense of responsibility & self-discipline.
Being careful, attention to detail, hardworking, enthusiasm, initiative in work, perseverance, determination to complete tasks.
Ability to work under high pressure and multitask required.
Know how to handle situations flexibly and soft in the process of communication and working with customers.
Understanding of foreign trade and forwarding/ logistics services
