Run booking systems and post produce projects in coordination with other staff to ensure the smooth and optimum use of resources
Oversee multiple projects in various stages of post-production at any given time to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Raise quotes and manage schedules
Negotiate project pricing with prospective clients
Understand and interpret client briefs
Work efficiently with available resources to post produce projects
Coordinate with other departments to execute pilot projects and onboard new customers.
Maintain good relationships and communication with clients at all stages
Swiftly feedback technical and creative issues and resolve in concert with relevant staff
Delegate tasks to junior staff members or prod assistants and track progress
Log costs, spend and profit on a project-by-project basis
Manage client relationship after jobs to encourage repeat business
Approach prospects, generate new leads and win new business in collaboration with planned marketing measures
Continuously and proactively identify waste and drive continuous improvements to enhance cost effectiveness and the service level.
Create and oversee standard working procedures and policies to ensure high consistent quality standards both in product delivery and working environment throughout the different teams.
Attend industry events to socialize with industry peers and potential new clients
Drive process and technical innovation in support of team needs, including remaining current with the latest technology.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years managing/leading team of creatives
Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
Must have excellent communication skills, and perform well under pressure.
Ability to successfully lead cross-functional groups and teams.
Exhibit critical thinking/forward thinking.
A firm understanding of post workflows, particularly color grading and editing
High level of motivation and positive, friendly and outgoing attitude
Knowledge of the advertising and film industries and key trends pertaining to these
Self-starter attitude to maintain and ameliorate production systems
Experience with photo & video production in a fashion/eCommerce/creative studio is preferred.
Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment, flexible in changing direction as needed
Experience with a variety of digital media workflows.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Photoshop and Video editing software (DaVinci/Premiere...) experience is a big advantage.
Language requirements
English: Full professional proficiency.
Vietnamese: Full professional proficiency.
