Mô tả công việc
1. Plan and develop Sales Force Management program as follows:
- Study & analyse Dealers Sales Force data, including: manpower, sales records, training - working experience
- Study & analyse related KPIs of sales process, cooperate with Dealers at steps of "pilot", systemization and development of Sales Force management program
2. Coordinate and support the following training related tasks:
- Organize and monitor the training course of Sales Force Development program
- Monitor and evaluate dealer in in-house training activities
- Identify training needs & offer specific training courses to the Trainers and Sales Consultant of dealer
3. Prepare and conduct training courses for new Sales Consultant (SC) at dealers
4. Study to design and implement training courses of: refresh training/ new product training, including: training material, training program, training event outline.
5. Other minor tasks:
- Study to improve materials & performance quality of the Dealer in-house training
- Study & propose idea & action plan for SSI/CSI improvement through training activities
- Cooperate & support other sections in customer/ internal events with related training tasks
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelors Degree, preferably with major in Automotive Technology/ Marketing/ Business Administration
- Experience: Experienced at working in automobile industry will be highly preferred
- Knowledge: Knowledge about automobile industry/ training/ sales & marketing
- Required skills:
• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferably with familiarity in databases softwares
• Good presentation, public speaking & interpersonal communication skills
- Other (if any):
• Cooperative and have teamwork spirit
• Eager to learn, willing to cope with new challenges and ready to go business trip as assigned
• Attain B2 driving license is a plus
