Build forecasting models and supply planning (35%)
Collect information, data on business performance of the whole group based on sales data, sales promotion information and historical sales data
Develop forecasting models for market insights by regions, categories, product lines, product groups
Work closely with Supply Planning Department to ensure an optimal stock levels to meet the forecasting demands and tackle issues relating to out of stock / overstock
Analyze forecasting results (30 %)
Analyze forecasting results under various scenarios to establish KPIs and business metrics
Forecast and alert market risks while analyzing business trends by month/quarter/year and regions
Improve forecasting activities and build the supply planning (15%)
Monitor the stability of the models and implement appropriate improvements or changes.
Conduct in-depth analysis and define root causes
Collaboration across department (20%)
Collaborate with other departments, including R&D, System Development, Sales, and Marketing, to synthesize information and create the most accurate data source
Participate in the companys Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Provide forecasting data for departments within Supply Chain and other departments within the group.

Bachelor or higher degree in relevant majors
Fluency in English (reading comprehension of specialized documents)
From three years of relevant experiences
Soft skills: communication and presentation
Data analysis: Python, Excel, Power BI and SQL
