Working days: Monday to Saturday
Working location: 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, HCM
Contract with third party
ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Summary:
Reporting directly to: Shopper Marketing Manager/Consumer Promotion Manager
High frequency of interaction: Yes
2. Responsibility:
Promotion Ideation (10%)
Source gift ideas from Vendor proposals or self-research
Follow-up with vendor to develop mock-up, check pricing, MOQ, Leadtime
Execution Excellence (40%)
Follow up with the packing guildline with Log & vendor
Follow up with the delivery & upload all GRS to the system whenever gifts reach the warehouse
Make the payment request for the finance - Follow the gift status & update to utilize all gifts if any
Follow with Netco for delivery gifts/ Payment check list
Follow up and Check Netcos KPI
Admin task (25%)
Test log, code gift, code pack, master file, GRs, ...
Reporting (25%)
Consolidate report from system (3 times/week)
Summarize key take aways and follow-up actions
Others (5%)
Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Core Skill Requirement
Communication skill, Time management
Proven characteristics in Attention to details & follow through.
MS office, Read & written English
Core Trait/Behavior Requirement
Fresh Graduate of 1-2 years working in GA/ Office Admin/ Operation Support position is a plus
High sense of responsibility, ownership, Proactive, Teamwork, Ability to work under time pressure.
