The task is supporting Market Development Lead and Commercial Manager on overall back-office work on:
1. Execute for product listing in system (DMO)
2. Create and manage PR/PO for AM/ Selling process.
3. Manage Claims/ Invoices from all suppliers and distributor.
4. Work and support or be center of communication to importer on FDA / shipping documents.
5. The work will be assigned according to the line managers requirements.
Marketing
1. Execute for marketing activities (sampling & activation, media, events, etc....).
2. Execute for new products launching (packaging, production, product registration, etc....).
3. Work with agencies to ensure all plan to deploy on time.
Sales
1. Distributor order tracking, follow up sale performance.
2. Support order changes/ adjustments.
3. Support and track necessary documentation.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduation, preferable MKT/ Commerce/ Economic major.
Ability to work with both statistics and creativity.
Marketing and project management experience is preferable.
Good at English, especially Writing skill is preferable.
Digital knowledge (especially Facebook/YouTube/TikTok) is preferable.
Proactive, responsibility, flexible, open-minded, result-oriented, hard-working, passion for growth, eager to learn.
Literate in Microsoft Office.
