Mô tả công việc
- Cooperate with the headquarters of Ziel, and be responsible for the implementation and promotion of human resources&administrative policies, systems and processes in the Vietnam branch.
- Be responsible for employee visa and temporary residence permit management, daily office procurement, office administrative operation, dormitory&vehicle management, and other administrative work in the Vietnam office.
- Be responsible for recruitment, salary and performance, employee relations, administrative management, etc. in the Vietnam branch.
- Assist the director of Vietnam branch in handling daily operation affairs and coordinating&managing work with various departments of the headquarters.
Yêu cầu
- Education Level: Bachelor degree. Have a bachelors degree or above.
- Experience Level: 3 years
- Have more than 3 years of working experience in human resources and administrative work in Vietnam.
- Be familiar with labor laws and regulations in Vietnam and relevant areas, and have practical experience in labor-related affairs.
- Possess excellent communication skills, responsible and have executive ability.
- Be proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese, and can be used as working languages. Chinese are preferred.
