- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Oversee content localization initiatives to support international market expansion.
- Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content across various formats, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Develop compelling product marketing content for new features and existing solutions.
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns with high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content assets.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Product and Business teams to understand customer pain points and translate complex B2B solutions into clear, engaging content
- Take ownership of ideating and executing product launch and go-to-market campaigns.
- Collaborate with
Digital Marketing
team to implement automated marketing workflows for content distribution and engagement
- Directly supervise and mentor one Senior Product & Marketing Content. Set content strategy, KPIs, and quality standards for all deliverables.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing or content creation, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment. At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Understanding of UX writing principles
- Proven experience in developing high-impact website content for platforms or digital businesses.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple channels.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and with a strong startup mentality.
