Mô tả công việc
Understand the clients business process management and business requirements.
Assist PO in defining requirements and suggesting ideas, creating a detailed business analysis, and outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
Plan, estimate, and report on work activities.
Create Business Requirement Spec, UC list and UC detail, User Stories, and wireframe for complex UCs (if needed)
Work with the development team to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in a traceability manner among requirements and implementation.
Support UAT in testing, and verifying bugs/issues with clients.
Act as the bridge between the stackholders and development team to clarify requirements in both business and system analysis views and facilitate communication among internal team members.
Yêu cầu
From 2 years of experience in Business Analyst or Project Coordinator role
Familiarity with software development of Web & Mobile apps
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability, to quickly analyze and resolve the conflict
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
Ability to adapt to a changing environment, open mindset & strong teamwork spirit
Experience in talking/dealing with customer requirements, and being able to accept or reject the requirement constructively.
