The Job
Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it
Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development teams members
Explain to the development team about the products market & users
Creates the Persona and Customer Journey Map
Creates the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP)
Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration)
Perform user acceptance testing
Encourage the development team to improve development productivity and quality
Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed
Work with the designer to create UI/UX flow
Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback
Define and validate product KPI and monitor it
Communicate with business stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
Advantageous to have 3-5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX
Have a bachelors degree in business administration / Marketing / Economics / SCM or practical experience in project management/planning
Have at least 2-year experiences related to software development
Fluency in English is a MUST
Communication & negotiation skill
Organizational & analytical skill
Continuous improvement mindset
Data-driven focus
Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design
Familiarity with Agile Software Development
Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus
