Mô tả công việc
• Understand end-user requirements to develop a Recruitment project.
• Provide pre-implementation engineering approach & detailed planning for requirements.
• Develop recommendation model, search for candidates based on users information.
• Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models into production systems and monitor results.
• Design, develop, and test large-scale data science pipelines and machine learning algorithms.
• Research and investigate academic and industrial data mining, machine learning, and modeling techniques for product improvement.
Yêu cầu
**Required Skills**
• Have good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement learning, Deep Learning Architectures (AutoEncoder, CNN, RNN, BERT, etc.)
• Has expertise in training NLP models.
• Proficient in high-level programming languages, especially Python.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix/Shell, Docker.
• Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
• Proficient in API, REST API.
**Required Soft Skills**
• Good interpersonal, self-organizing, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills.
• Passionate about quality, work productivity and product maintainability.
• Communicate your ideas and knowledge well to your teammates.
• Demonstrate team spirit and communication skills.
**Is An Advantage If Any**
• Experience working on chatbot platforms such as Alexa, Watson, Luis, Rasa.
• Experience working with unstructured data related to text, speech, and image analysis.
• Knowledge of modern NLP models.
**Academic and Experience Requirements**
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer
Software Engineer

• Have at least one year of Experience or equivalent in developing NLP or other AI solutions.
